Coaching & Counseling
Personalized Support for Calm, Steady Presence Under Pressure
This is deep, individualized work for leaders who are high-performing but low-resourced. You might be functioning well enough to keep things moving, yet noticing the cost—fragmented attention, shortened patience, restless sleep, dulled decision-making, or a sense that you’re operating more from pressure than from purpose.
The goal is not to “cope better” inside an unsustainable life.
The goal is to cultivate a way of life that actually sustains you.
This is for founders, executives, and creatives who want a private space to slow down, think deeply, see clearly, and realign intentionally within the context of a tailored, confidential partnership.
You might come to this work because of something specific: a decision that won't resolve, a relationship that's eroding, a pattern you recognize but can't seem to interrupt. Or you might come because something more diffuse has shifted—your energy, your clarity, or your sense of alignment with the way your life is moving. Both are good reasons to begin.
We work in tandem with both the emerging needs of the moment and the wider pattern they may reflect. At times, we focus on what's immediately urgent: a major decision, a difficult conversation, a surge of overwhelm, a conflict between stakeholders or team members. Other times, we widen the lens to examine and recalibrate the rhythms and systems that continue to recreate that pressure, the internal narratives you live by, the environment you’ve built around yourself, and the ways your nervous system has learned to respond in pivotal moments.
My approach is whole-person and neuroscience-informed. We pay attention to how physiology, emotion, identity, relationships, and context shape your capacity in real time. From that understanding, we translate insight into action: clearer decisions, steadier communication, values-aligned practices, and sustainable systems that protect your time, energy, and well-being while supporting the impact you’re here to make.
Sessions are approximately one hour long, held by secure video call, typically weekly or biweekly. Some clients come for a focused season to stabilize and redesign. Others continue longer-term because the work evolves as their leadership and lives evolve. Intensives are available for those who prefer concentrated work over a shorter period.
Starting at $250 per session. Packages and retainer arrangements available.
Organizational Consulting
Evolving How Teams & Organizations Operate: From the Inside Out
Every organization is shaped by the operating modes that got it here. Some are genuine strengths worth building on. Others have quietly become limitations. I empower teams to see both clearly, while designing systems, practices, and cultures that holistically foster organizational evolution.
I work with two kinds of organizations:
Leadership Teams
Mission-Driven Startups/Scaleups, Social Enterprises, & Purpose-Led Organizations
Impact Investors & Entrepreneurial Ecosystems
VC firms, Corporate Venture Arms, Accelerators, Incubators, & Ecosystem Builders
Sustainable, resilient organizational growth requires more than good strategy.
It requires leadership bold enough to be honest about what needs to evolve.
This is for founders and leadership teams at startups, social enterprises, and mission-driven organizations who recognize that the ways of working that brought them this far may not be the ways that carry them forward.
Perhaps the communication norms that worked at ten people need redesigning at forty. Perhaps the decision-making speed that served early growth now needs more structure. Perhaps the culture is strong but hasn't been intentionally shaped for the next stage.
We start by understanding what's genuinely working, where the real leverage points are, and where the current structure is creating unnecessary friction. From there, we co-design changes that build on your existing strengths and introduce practices, systems, and shifts that more aptly meet the unfolding needs of this moment in your growth.
Common focus areas include leadership alignment, team communication frameworks and meeting rhythms, decision-making systems, conflict facilitation, identifying and empowering your strongest team constellations, and building the operational infrastructure that creates clarity and cohesion under pressure.
Our goal is to fortify your organization with a resilient capacity to continue adapting and evolving while remaining clear on what matters most—mission, values, purpose, & impact.
You know that founder wellbeing directly affects company performance, retention, and fund returns. What's harder is knowing how to support it meaningfully across a portfolio without overstepping, oversimplifying, or relying on one-off interventions that don't stick.
The founders in your portfolio were funded because of real strengths: vision, drive, resourcefulness, the ability to build something from very little. My work helps them develop the leadership dimensions that those early strengths alone can't sustain at scale: nervous system regulation under pressure, relational clarity with co-founders and teams, sustainable operating rhythms, and the capacity to make sound decisions when the stakes compound.
Programs are designed to integrate with your existing portfolio support, not replace it. Depending on your needs, that might look like structured cohort programs for founders across your portfolio, targeted workshops within accelerator curricula, advisory partnerships with your team on identifying and responding to early signs of founder strain, or ongoing leadership development embedded into your portfolio's growth arc.
This work draws on published research in founder mental health, behavioral neuroscience, and organizational psychology, as well as direct experience working with founders across growth stages.
Your founders get practical, lasting tools to lead sustainably. Your firm gets deeper insight into the human dynamics shaping portfolio performance and a meaningful commitment to the people behind the companies. That investment compounds: in founder retention, in leadership quality, and in the long-term health of the ventures you've backed.
Engagements are scoped to fit your organization's needs, timeline, and budget. Starting at $2,500 for focused engagements. After a discovery consultation, I provide a proposal with clear pricing options. Most organizations begin with a focused assessment or intensive and expand from there.

Speaking & Workshops
Talks & Trainings Designed to Transform Insight to Impact
I speak on sustainable leadership, founder mental health, nervous system regulation, and the inner dimensions of high performance, grounding every session in neuroscience, storytelling, lived experience, immersive practice, and direct application. Whether it's a 30-minute keynote or a full-day workshop, I design every session for audiences to leave with practical tools they can immediately use to shift how they think, work, and live.
If I've captivated your head, moved your heart, and inspired your hands into meaningful, practical, & impactful action, then I've done my words justice.
The Inner Game of Sustainable Leadership: What it actually takes to lead well under sustained pressure, not just perform well in bursts. This session gives leaders a practical framework for building internal capacity, staying grounded through uncertainty, and sustaining their energy while scaling their impact. Grounded in nervous system science and decision-making research.
Best for: Leadership summits, executive offsites, founder retreats.
Founder Mental Health: What Ecosystems Need to Know. A research-informed session on the psychological realities of entrepreneurship and what investors, accelerators, and support organizations can do to meaningfully support the people behind the companies. Not a surface-level wellness talk. This is a strategic conversation about human capital, retention, and what actually helps.
Best for: VC summits, accelerator programming, ecosystem convenings, LP meetings.
Regulation Under Pressure: Practical Tools for High Performers. How to recognize your stress responses in real time, shift your state when it matters most, and make clearer decisions under pressure. Highly interactive and immediately applicable. This is the session leaders describe as "the one I wish I'd had ten years ago."
Best for: Corporate teams, high-performance cohorts, wellness-forward organizations.
From Insight to Implementation: Why personal development often fails to produce lasting change, and what the neuroscience of behavior change reveals about closing the gap between knowing and doing. Ideal for those who have invested in development programs and want to understand why they're not translating into sustained shifts.
Best for: Organizations with existing L&D programs, post-retreat follow-up sessions, teams navigating change fatigue.
All topics can be tailored to your audience, industry, and event format, and designed to meet your organization's specific needs.
Keynote (30–60 minutes): High-energy, research-grounded, story-driven. Designed to open or close a conference, summit, or offsite with something audiences carry with them. Ideal for conferences, galas, and large-audience events.
Half-Day Workshop: Interactive, experiential, and skill-building. Participants leave with frameworks and practices they can apply immediately. Ideal for team offsites, accelerator cohorts, and professional development days.
Full-Day Intensive: Deep, immersive work for leadership teams or cohorts who want sustained engagement with a topic. Often paired with organizational consulting. Ideal for executive teams, investor retreats, and organizational transformation days.
Multi-Day Retreat or Offsite Facilitation: For organizations or investor groups who want a transformative shared experience. I design the arc, facilitate the process, and hold the space. Ideal for annual leadership retreats, company offsites, portfolio-wide gatherings, and cultural reset experiences.
Virtual Sessions: Fully adapted for distributed teams. Not a webinar with slides, but an interactive experience designed for the realities of screen-based attention. Ideal for remote teams, global organizations, and hybrid events.
Speaking fees are scoped based on format, duration, travel, and customization. I'm happy to work within your budget where possible. After an initial conversation, I provide a clear proposal with transparent pricing options.
I recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event to allow time for customization and preparation, though I can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.
Presence OS
The Leadership Program for Founders Seeking Depth, Structure, & Sustainable Growth
Presence OS is a 10-week, cohort-based program grounded in neuroscience, experiential practice, and guided reflection. It's designed for founders, executives, and senior leaders who want a structured path to reshape how they respond to pressure, protect their energy, and lead with greater clarity & steadiness.
Nervous System Mastery ◦ Internal Alignment ◦ Sustainable Systems ◦ Relational Intelligence
Each module compounds on the last, building toward a way of leading we can actually sustain.
The program is built around a cohort for a reason: high-level leadership is often isolating in ways that covertly affect clarity, resilience, & decision-making. The relationships formed here—grounded in candid, collaborative practice—become a lasting source of support that extends well beyond the 10 weeks.
